Hiring: Maintenance technician
Are you a skilled Maintenance Tech passionate about ensuring exceptional apartment living experiences? RightMove Properties, a thriving, third-generation, family-owned property management company, is seeking someone like you to join our ever-expanding team!
Responsibilities encompass but aren't limited to:
- Apartment turns (blind replacement, fixtures, etc.)
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Appliance repair and maintenance
- Boiler maintenance (boiler license preferred but not required; we'll support you in obtaining this if necessary)
- Lock and cylinder replacement
- On-Call for emergency work orders
We're seeking local candidates with 3+ years of experience, their own transportation, and tools. All applicants will undergo a background check.
